New mechanical engineer joins ACE Missoula

MISSOULA, MONT., July 19, 2021 – Associated Construction Engineering Inc. is pleased to welcome Simms Laird as a mechanical engineer to the ACE Missoula team. A 2018 graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, Mr. Laird received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in aerospace engineering.

Mr. Laird enjoys hiking, camping, playing guitar, and spending time with his pet rat Pixel. While he admits it’s unusual to have a pet rat, he assures us that rats make great pets and that he won’t bring Pixel into the office (probably because the office dogs will see her as a snack rather than a fellow pet).

Welcome to the team, Simms.
