The Reed
Residential

Location: Missoula, MT

Located on the Clark Fork River in Missoula’s University District, the Reed offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury condominiums.

The first and second floors use high-efficiency heat pump fan coils with electric auxiliary heat while the third and fourth floors have high-efficiency condensing furnaces with two-stage cooling air conditioning. Common areas are heated and cooled with rooftop packaged units, and the garage utilizes a green roof system. The Reed also offers several units for affordable/workforce housing. These units utilize high-efficiency ductless split systems with wall cassettes, electric cove heaters, and recessed cabinet unit heaters.
The project will utilize LED lighting and provide provisions for electric vehicle chargers, access controls for the enclosed parking garage, and fire alarm systems. Our electrical engineers have also been coordinating with the interior designer in the selection of lighting fixtures.

Construction is expected to be completed in early 2023.
