The Running Water Ranch Residence is a custom home located near Dillion, Montana. The residence is approximately 10,000 square feet. The home has all the amenities found in a home of this caliber. This facility incorporates state-of-the-art HVAC systems (geothermal radiant heating, snowmelt, and heat recovery ventilators), as well as, electrical, and high efficient lighting. The project’s construction budget was approximately $9 million.
