Location: Missoula, MT

This project consisted of a complete remodel of an historic structure to provide a basement storage and mechanical room space, retail lease space on the main floor, and low-income housing on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Mechanical design elements included zoned heating and mechanical cooling for each apartment and retail lease space utilizing high-efficiency boilers and a chiller system.
