Lake Hotel

Location: Yellowstone National Park

The project consisted of an interior remodel of selective portions of the Lake Hotel in Yellowstone National Park. The scope of work includes mechanical and electrical modifications to the Historic Hotel as follows:

  1. Remove, refinish, and reinstall first floor radiators in the commons areas and dining room. Replace pipe branches and runouts and upgrade the control system for these units.
  2. Remove, replace plumbing fixtures in all guest rooms.
  3. Remove and replace bathroom exhaust fans and controls within the facility.
  4. Remove and replace fintube heating and controls for the entire facility. Fixtures will be replaced with similar type fixtures. Piping mains remained in place and lateral pipe branches were replaced.
