Mr. Keith Campbell is the president of Associated Construction Engineering, Inc., and he oversees the firm’s corporate responsibilities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, involving consulting, engineering design, and project management. His responsibilities also include significant mechanical systems design. Mr. Campbell remains involved in conceptual design, project budgeting, quality control, and owner/contractor/vendor relations.

Mr. Kip Weeda is a company vice president and the branch manager for ACE’s Belgrade, Montana, office. Mr. Weeda has been working as a mechanical engineer and designer for more than three decades. For the first five years of his career, he worked for U.S. Fire Protection, which provided him with extensive skills in project design, estimation, and management of commercial construction. His current responsibilities include fire sprinkler systems design and HVAC systems design, which includes air side (constant to variable volume) and hydronic (fin tube, reheat, radiant) systems.

Mr. Todd Meling is a company vice president and the branch manager for ACE’s Billings, Montana, office. As a licensed mechanical engineer in several states and a LEED™-Accredited Professional, Mr. Meling brings nearly 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering consulting and design. He is an experienced project manager and designer, having designed more than 300 projects. His design experience includes HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and energy management systems. He is directly involved in the design of numerous project types, including K-12 schools, universities, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and industrial facilities.

Mr. Monte Roma is a company vice president and the branch manager for ACE’s branch office in Sheridan, Wyoming. He has more than three decades of experience in construction management, estimation, engineering design, and project management in the building industry. His experience includes the design of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems as well as energy conservation evaluations. Mr. Roma also knows what it takes to start and run a small business; for 10 years, he owned and operated an automotive service business in Laurel, Montana.

Mr. Jared Swartz is a company vice president and leads ACE’s business development efforts in our Missoula, Helena, and Kalispell offices. He has more than two decades of experience in the mechanical engineering field involving consulting, engineering design, construction, and project management. Mr. Swartz’s responsibilities include firm management, marketing, scheduling, and project management. His experience in the field dealing with contractors and owners is an asset to any project as is Mr. Swartz’s ability to deal with complex projects from design to completion.
